Help:Import free images

This extension is enabled by default on Wikia.

The Import Free Images extension allows you to search and import images from Flickr's large collection of freely licensed images.

How it works

On any wiki go to the Special:ImportFreeImages page, a search for an image name/subject.

After selecting a picture you will be presented with a window allowing you to choose the name of the image. Clicking okay uploads the image to the wiki, and automatically gives it a license.
