This extension is no longer under development It may still be on specific wikis, but may not be widely available.

Site Scout is a real-time activity monitor that can be found on Special:SiteScout.

It works well with the Profile tools, as it shows avatars, votes and comments.

Functions

Every second the site scout page updates and will show the last actions taken on the wiki in three categories:

Edits

Votes

e.g. on articles

Comments

e.g. on blogs

Options

You can alter what types of edits it shows using the checkbox options at the top of the page.
