Double-licensing all edits on a wiki Edit

Hi,

I'm sysop on eisenbahn:. Will Wikia's policy allow us to declare all new edits by anyone on a wiki double-licensed (GFDL&CC), by stating so in the appropriate system messages (edit page footer etc) and on the copyright page. Thanks, --dealer^ofsalvation 18:22, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
