[edit] Namespaces for Semantic MediaWiki
See http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension_namespace_registration - it reserves 100 to 109 for SMW & Semantic Forms and 170 and 171 for Extension:Semantic Drilldown. The "100" starting-point seems to be further confirmed by http://semantic-mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Configuration. I notice that some of our sites start at 302. Shouldn't we follow MediaWiki.org whenever practicable? — Robin Patterson (Talk) 06:21, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
- Probably. I'm rather curious to find out what SMW reserves 100-109 for? Also, what wikis start at 302? For the most part, 110 and 111 are for forum/forum_talk, and we try to start any new requested custom ones at 112. there might be a handful of older wikis that have some 100-109 still. --Uberfuzzy

[edit] Change?
Can I change the {{ns:project}} on my wikia, and if I can, how can I do it? Dekac 19:25, September 4, 2009 (UTC)
- Project pages are the sitename, use Special:Contact, and ask them to change your namespace, or ask them to add a custom namespace with a name you want. Tedjuh10 - Talk 23:21, September 4, 2009 (UTC)
